Access to Data

A more comprehensive understanding of the Raritan region relies upon access to data. We are working to integrate and make Rutgers collected data more available using an open access data portal. Here, users can find info information on conductivity, temperature, depth, dissolved oxygen, salinity, chlorophyll, and turbidity collected by a real time water quality monitoring station deployed mid-river off the Rutgers boathouse.

To compliment the real time, continuous data collected by the mooring, the portal also contains data collected by students, researchers and other stakeholders while onboard the R/V Rutgers. Information on the equipment is posted below. To learn more about the equipment or to reserve boat time, contact Carrie Ferraro.
